M. Moosa, MD
Dr. Moosa is a Board certified Endocrinologist, who serves the communities of Northwestern Ohio (with offices located in Holland and Oregon), and Southeastern Michigan (with an office in Monroe, Michigan).
An Endocrinologist is a physician who specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions that are related to the endocrine system. They are concerned with the glands and hormone production. They work to correct problems stemming from over and under production of hormones, or the body’s inability to properly produce hormones.
Dr. Moosa had his Endocrinology Fellowship training in the Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. He has served as the Medical Director of the Mercy Weight Management Program in Toledo, Ohio. He treats diabetes, thyroid conditions, weight problems, bone diseases, and other hormone problems.
Jacquelyn Meldrum, FNP-C
Jackie was an undergraduate at Madonna University in Livonia, MI where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Science and Nursing in 2005. She received her Master’s degree in Science and Nursing in 2015 from the University of Phoenix in Tuscon, AZ. She is Board Certified through AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and has 10+ years of experience in the cardiovascular sect and Intensive Care Unit settings.
Alison Fleig, PA-C
Alison completed her Bachelors in Science degree in biology from Saint Mary’s College where she enjoyed playing club volleyball. She went on to complete her Masters in Physician Assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, FL where she graduated with highest honors. While working in family medicine she felt a strong interest in metabolism and endocrinology. She is dedicated to excellent and personable patient care. In her spare time she enjoys playing with her laberdoodle Chipper.
Lane Judge, MSN, BS, FNP-C, RN, CNL
Lane is an AANP certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Lane received her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan in 2012, Master of Science in Nursing from Xavier University in 2015, and Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Toledo in 2017. Lane gained valuable experience as a registered nurse in a Level 1 Trauma Emergency Center. As a Nurse Practitioner, Lane is committed to improving the lives of patients with endocrine disorders and has a particular interest in management of thyroid conditions.
Stephanie Allison, FNP-C
Stephanie is an AANP-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is an alumna of Bowling Green State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in biology before receiving her Bachelor and Master of Nursing degrees from the University of Cincinnati. Stephanie's patient care experience includes three years as a registered nurse in the progressive care setting. In her advanced practice nursing role, Stephanie continues to pursue her special interest in the treatment of diabetes.
